Well here you are. I love to start the week with a run, or a walk, or doing something outdoors that gets my heart rate up. And I love running with a mate - because it's easier that way.
But sometimes it's hard to start. So I do these posts every Monday. Mostly to motivate me, but hey, if it works for you, I'd love you to join in.
And we always have some music. Because that helps me get up, and if I've got a song in my head as I go, it just gets better.
